The entrepreneurial spirit of co-owners and managers, Dennis Dougherty, P.T., President, and Judy Dougherty, P.T., J.D., Chief Operations Officer is combined with the support of nationally recognized St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network Dennis and Judy Dougherty are both physical therapists and have treated patients and owned practices in the Lehigh Valley for over twenty years.
