Does St. Luke’s Physical Therapy offer mentorship or other learning opportunities?
Yes. We are committed to continuing education and encourage our employees to enhance their careers and achieve board certifications in areas, such as Hand Therapy (CHT) , Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and Sports Certified Specialist (SCS). Our therapists pursue many other types of certified training as well, such as McKenzie, Polestar Pilates, Lymphedema and Women’s Health.

We have budgeted funds for continuing education. We also offer in-house continuing education courses to our staff, such as The Graston Technique, Orthotics Fitting etc. It is our policy to create excellent teams of professionals. We make every effort to pair our new therapists and assistants with our more experienced professional staff.
