 Ken earned a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.  Ken holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He also has training in the McKenzie system of diagnosis and treatment of spinal conditions.   He is experienced in treating a variety of sports and orthopedic injuries in athletes and the general population.

 Jill joined St. Luke’s Physical Therapy in July 2010.  She had a successful career playing field hockey at Emmaus High School and at the University of Michigan.  Jill graduated from Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Movement Science.  She continued her education and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in April 2010.  Jill’s professional interests include sports rehabilitation and manual therapy.  Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé Seth

Timothy W. Miller, MSPT, DPT, SCS, CSCS – Bethlehem – 1174 Illicks Mill

Tim has been practicing Physical Therapy since 2005.  He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford.  Tim furthered his education at Temple University where he received a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.  Tim is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy.  He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is certified in the Graston Technique.  Tim has special training in treating the shoulder complex and the knee joint.  He is experienced in treating a variety of sports injuries in the athletic community including youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes in addition to weekend warriors.  Tim is the team Physical Therapist to the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks professional arena football team.  Tim believes that the best patient treatments are evidence based and personalized to the patient. 

 

Thomas Psitos

Thomas Psitos, M.S.P.T. – Bethlehem – 1174 Illicks Mill Road
Thomas graduated from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut in 2005, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences and his Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. He is originally from the Bethlehem area, having graduated from Freedom High School, and he returned to the area to provide physical therapy to those in his hometown.   Thomas has chosen to focus on the area of out-patient orthopedics. He also holds a strong interest in the area of Sports Medicine, as he is a fan of most sporting events.

Matt is a long time resident of Bethlehem and a Bethlehem Catholic High School graduate.  He completed his Physical Therapy training at Temple University where he graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. His areas of interest are orthopedics, sport rehabilitation, and the spine.

Jeff graduated from Juniata College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and from Hahnemann University in 1995 with a Master in Physical Therapy degree. Jeff is an orthopedic certified specialist, who has an interest in treating the upper extremity. He lives with his wife Jennifer and his dog, Annie, in Riegelsville and has interests in sports, outdoor and church activities.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Exercise Science from Keen College in 1994. He earned his Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 1999. While there, he earned the Outstanding Masters Degree Student Award. He recently received certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine from McKenzie Institute. His other interests include running, cycling, hunting, basketball and spending time with his wife and family.

 

Sharon Ernst

Sharon Ernst, P.T. – Bethlehem – 153 Brodhead Rd.
Sharon graduated from Quinnipiac University in 1985. She has practiced physical therapy in a variety of settings, including acute care orthopedic and head injury centers, outpatient sports medicine, spinal cord rehabilitation and home care geriatric care. She possesses specialty certificates in advance wheelchair mobility and manual lymphatic drainage massage. Current clinical interests include vestibular rehabilitation, women’s pelvic pain issues and lymphedema management. Sharon has lived in Pennsylvania since 1989 and has worked for St. Luke’s since 1991. Her personal time is spent with her young daughter, home re-modeling and salsa dancing.

 

Joan Hilstolsky

Joan Hilstolsky, OTR/L, CHT – Bethlehem – 153 Brodhead Rd and Palmer
Joan received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from College Misericordia in Wilkes-Barre and joined St. Luke’s Physical Therapy in 1996. She received certification for lymphedema and hand therapy in 2000. Joan’s hobbies include traveling, growing orchids, martial arts and tai-chi. Memberships include: Lehigh Valley Hand Society, Lehigh Valley Orchid Society, Lenni-Lenape Boston Terrier Club.

 

Sarah Jones, AUD. CCC-A, Clinical Coordinator, Audiology

Sarah Jones joined St. Luke’s in 2009. Prior to that, she was employed at Dayton Children’s Medical Center. Sarah graduated with her master’s degree in audiology from The Ohio State University in 2001 and completed her doctorate in Audiology from The University of Florida in 2003. Professional experience encompasses educational and clinical audiology and Sarah offers experience with cochlear implants and hearing aid dispensing for pediatrics and adults.

 

Amy Taylor

Amy joined the St. Luke’s North rehab team in June 2003. She graduated from James Madison University with Bachelor and Master Degrees in Speech Language Pathology in 2003. Amy enjoys treating a diverse population from birth to adult, along with the responsibilities as a clinical coordinator. Amy is also trained with SOS Approach to Feeding and certified in NMES for Swallowing (Vital Stim).  Amy and her husband, Adam, have two sons, Phillip and Patrick.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, PSU football , and the beach.

Eric Kennedy, PT, DPT, CSCS – Bethlehem Township, 4317 Easton Rd.  Eric is the facility director of the Bethlehem Township facility.  Eric graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Exercise Science from Gettysburg College in 2000.  Eric then proudly served his country in the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army for 4 years before earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Delaware in January 2009.  Eric has been a certified strength and conditioning specialist since 2000, is Direct Access certified and Graston certified.  Eric is a firm believer of evidence-based, individualized physical therapy intervention with an emphasis on function, return to sport and life.  Eric has competed in over 38 triathlons since 2001, including an Ironman in 2005.  Eric also enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his dog.

Maureen Winch

Maureen Gordon, M.S.P.T., C.E.A.S. – Bethlehem -St. Luke's Headache & Balance Center, Union Station
Maureen is a 1996 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Physical Therapy.   Maureen is the Director of the St. Luke's Balance & Headache Center.  She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of persons with dizziness, vertigo, imbalance and headaches.  Patients may suffer from these conditions due to accidents, concussions, disease processes, porr postural habits or other causes.  Maureen works closely with physicians who diagnose and refer patients to PT.   Additionally, Maureen possesses a Direct Access certification that allows her to see patients without a physician's prescription.  She has taken numerous continuing education courses, many in manual therapy techniques. Maureen’s interests include spending time with her husband, Charles, and friends, as well as traveling, kayaking, bicycling, reading, and shopping.

Ken graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Arcadia University. He then graduated with honors with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2008.  He is originally from the Lehigh Valley, having graduated from Parkland High school, and he returned to the area to provide physical therapy services to those in his home town.  Professionally, he has a strong interest in providing evidence based physical therapy in the areas of orthopedics and sports medicine.  His other interests include spending time with his wife and daughter, attending sporting events, cross country running, and playing volleyball

Matt Babbitt, DPT, MPT, Cert.MDT - Center Valley

Matt completed his Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 1996 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2004.  He is McKenzie certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine and also has pursued advanced training the the area of foot biomechanics and orthotics.  Matt has taught physical fitness classes at the collegiate level and has given numerous lectures relating to physical therapy and orthopedic injuries.  He enjoys an active lifestyle and is a member of the National Ski Patrol.

Susan Reagan

Susan Reagan, P.T. – Emmaus
Susan has spent more than 22 years working in outpatient orthopedics in Emmaus. She received her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and her master’s degree in human resource administration from the University of Scranton. Some of her specialties are Graston technique and vestibular (balance) rehab. Susan also has experience treating lymphedema with the ability to fit patients with compression garments. She has attended manual therapy courses in Maitland mobilizations, both spine and extremity, strain/counterstrain and craniosacral techniques. Susan and her husband, Rob, have two daughters, Julie and Allison and are enjoying traveling to the Caribbean where they like to scuba dive.

 

Monica Miller

Monica Miller, MSPT, DPT, SCS– Emmaus
Monica joined St. Luke’s Physical Therapy in January of 2005. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Health Science and a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford and continued on at Temple University where she received her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.  Monica specializes in the treatment of orthopedic patients, amputees, and athletes with and emphasis on return to sport. She was a varsity softball and volleyball athlete at Emmaus High School and played collegiate softball while attending Hartford. In her spare time, Monica enjoys spending time with her family, friends and husband, Tim, who is also a Physical Therapist at St. Luke’s.

Maria Merluzzi

Maria Merluzzi DeBlasio, D.P.T., O.C.S.– Hellertown
Maria joined the St. Luke’s Physical therapy team in December 2007. She played Division I Field Hockey at the University of Iowa and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. She earned her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in January 2006. Maria specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and sport related injuries, and is pursuing certification in manual therapy techniques. She is certified with the Graston Technique. Her hobbies include running, hiking, biking, playing field hockey and softball, and spending time with her family and friends.

Laura M. Rothermel, DPT

 Laura began her employment with Physical Therapy at St. Luke’s in September 2008.  She graduated from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in May 2001 with her Bachelors of Health Sciences and Masters of Physical Therapy degrees.  She completed her transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy through Temple University in 2009 and is currently pursuing a Manual Therapy certification through the Manual Therapy Institute. She enjoys spending time with her dog, teaching him how to ride a skateboard, and training him to be a therapy dog.

Jeff Hashagen, MSPT - Macungie

Jeff completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from    Misericordia University in 2004, where he also competed in NCAA men’s lacrosse.  Jeff is skilled in manual skills and is Graston certified.  He serves as a lab instructor at Lehigh Carbon Community College and is actively involved in his local Lion’s club.  In his free time Jeff enjoys athletics and time with his family and two dogs.

Nikol Tews

Nikol Tews, M.S.P.T., O.C.S., Dip.M.T.- Northampton
Nikol received her Master’s Degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University. She became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) in 2000. Nikol is also certified by the McKenzie Institute in mechanical diagnosis and therapy of the spine. Requirements for both certifications include attending numerous courses, documenting hours of experience and passing a comprehensive written and practical exam. Nikol and her husband, Matt, have a son, Alex, and reside in Northampton. Nikol volunteers her time for are charities through the Quota Club of Northampton.

 

Marcus Weber

Marcus joined St. Luke’s Physical Therapy in 2007. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University. He has over 11 years of experience working with patients experiencing orthopedic, neurological and chronic pain impairments. He has specialized training to treat patients with myofascial impairments. He is also a ski fitness specialist and a ski instructor at Blue Mountain Ski Area. Marcus’s interests are road cycling, hiking, bee keeping, blacksmithing, and tinsmithing. Marcus is the president of the program development for Northampton County 4-H. Marcus and his wife (Cindy) volunteer their time with 4-H clubs and activities. Their two boys are active 4-H members in multiple clubs.

Nick DeBlasio, DPT, OCS, CSCS - Orefield

Nick is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2006.   Nick received his Board Certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in 2011 and also obtained his certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength & Conditioning Association in 2003.   He specializes in the treatment of spinal pathology and pre-post operative rehabilitation which focuses on injury prevention, functional re-education and work/sport-specific and core stabilization training.  Nick and his wife, Maria, who is also a physical therapist at St. Luke's, enjoy golfing, skiing, scuba diving and traveling.

Rett Holmes, DPT, Cert. MDT – Palmer
Rett graduated from College Misericordia in 2002 where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences and his Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy, as well as being co-valedictorian of his class. In January 2007 he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from College Misericordia. He was a contributor to Clinical Cases in Physical Therapy 2nd Ed. Rett is the clinical director at St. Luke’s Physical Therapy in Palmer Township. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine from the McKenzie Institute. In his free time, he enjoys running.

Lesley Hedlund, OTR - Palmer/Hellertown

Lesley graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 1999 with a BS in Occupational Therapy.   Lesley has experience in hand therapy, acute and inpatient rehab.  She is a member of the Lehigh Valley Hand Society as well as the American Society of Hand Therapists.  She has a passion for Upper Extremity therapy and is studying for her Certified Hand Therapy certification.

Jane Eddinger, MSPT – Pennsburg and Quakertown

Jane brings over 20 years of physical therapy experience to St. Luke's Physical Therapy.  She received her Master of Science degree from Neumann University, Aston PA.  Prior to obtaining her Master’s degree, she achieved her Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in 1990.  Jane is the Facility Director at St. Luke’s Pennsburg and Quakertown facilities.  Most of her experience is in outpatient orthopedics, but she also has treated in the acute care hospital and geriatric homecare settings.  She specializes in the treatment of orthopedic patients as well as vestibular rehabilitation and manual therapy.  Jane enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, golfing and going to the beach.

Alison Chilton

Alison Chilton, D.P.T. – Quakertown
Alison received her doctorate in physical therapy from Slippery Rock University in 2002. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Penn State University in 1998. Alison has focused her post graduation education on manual therapy techniques and vestibular rehabilitation. For her manual therapy training, she has attended courses from The North American Institute of Manual Therapy. In her free time, Alison enjoys golfing and hiking.

Trish graduated from Arcadia University with her Bachelors of Arts in Biology and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 1999. She specializes in vestibular rehabilitation and manual lymphatic drainage/ complete decongestive physiotherapy. Trish is also certified in Graston Technique. Trish, with her husband Steve, have two young boys, Micah and Josiah.   Trish and her husband enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking and gardening ativities.

   
Chris Latchford

Chris Latchford, OTR/L CHT – Quakertown and Hellertown
Chris graduated from Temple University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. He achieved distinction as a Certified Hand Therapy in 2001 from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. Chris recently moved to the area from Connecticut. He has worked as an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist and Director of Hand Therapy since graduation. In his free time, Chris enjoys skiing and hiking.

JoAnn Redmond, PT - Quakertown

JoAnn received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1992 from Stockton State College. She has done post graduate course work through the University of St. Augustine with an emphasis on manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization of the spine and extremities as well as myofascial manipulation.  JoAnn attended the Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series and successfully completed written and practical examinations to earn a certification in manual trigger point release.  She has attended numerous continuing education courses including advanced lower extremity biomechanics related to running, cycling and foot orthotics.  JoAnn lives in the Pennsburg area with her husband, Garrett. She is an avid cyclist and enjoys commuting to work by bike.

 

 

 

Becca Zuck PT, DPT- Quakertown

Becca completed her doctorate degree in physical therapy at Neumann University, Aston, PA in 2009. Prior to completing her doctorate, Becca achieved her Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in 2005 and Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Indianapolis, Indianapolis, Indiana in 2006.  Becca has focused her post graduation interests on the treatment of clients from birth to adult in the outpatient orthopedic care and pediatric neuromotor development settings.

She has received specialized training in Graston Technique, Kinesio Taping, Neurodevelopmental Technique and Water Safety Instruction.  Becca, a native Hoosier from Indiana, is married and enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, camping, boating, gardening, recreational cycling and swimming

Peter J. Warren, MPT – Wind Gap

Peter graduated from University of the Sciences with a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2001.  He is currently enrolled in Temple University’s transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy Program.  He is the clinical director of the Wind Gap facility.  He has training in the McKenzie, Mulligan, and Duffy-Rath systems and integrates the different approaches when treating the spine and extremities.  He predominantly treats patients with orthopedic and sport related injuries.  On a personal note, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and two daughters Emma and Ava.  He also enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and cooking for his family and friends.
